The short set of terms that apply to reading this site.
What this site is
Hazohaus.net is the catalogue for the HazoHaus range of washable rugs. It is not the shop: payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, under their terms rather than ours.
No advice
Nothing here is medical or safety advice. The journal pages that touch allergies, falls and infant floor play cite the organisations that publish real guidance, and say in place that they are about choosing rugs, not treating people.
Accuracy
We check what we publish and we date it on the methods page. Even so, product details change without notice and prices move constantly. The page at checkout is the authority on what you will receive and what it costs, and every button on this site opens it for exactly that reason.
Purchases
A purchase is a contract between you and our retail partner at checkout. This site is not a party to it, and delivery, faults, refunds and returns are handled under their terms.
Links out
We link to national health bodies and to our retail partner. We do not control those sites, though we do read the pages we cite before citing them.
Content
The words on this site are ours and the product photography is the brand's. If you are the rights holder of an image used here and want it taken down, write to hello@hazohaus.net and we will take it down.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
