Worth writing about
- A correction. Anything on the site that is wrong, out of date or unclear. It gets dealt with first.
- A source we should have used. Particularly for the safety and allergy material in the journal.
- A question the guides do not answer. Those turn into pages.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, delivery and returns. Checkout happens with our retail partner, so a placed order lives in your account there rather than with us.
- A fault or a missing item. Same answer: that conversation belongs where the order was placed.
- Medical questions. The health organisations cited in the journal publish proper guidance; we sell rugs.
